Private school "Primary school of the city of Odessa named after Teofila Richter" is a comprehensive educational institution that ensures the acquisition of primary general education, the education of a comprehensively developed personality, and the formation of students' key competencies. It was created by the decision of the head of the Council of the Evangelical Lutheran Community No. 1 dated September 1, 2013.
